Bonne chose pour la chouette surtout qu'elle est offerte à partir des plus petit niveau de pledge. Pas mal comme concept.

Clockwork Owl UNLOCKED! More Trojan concepts too...

The Automatons have been unlocked!  Thank you to all of our backers for helping to make this possible!  We've now added the Clockwork Owl to ALL reward levels that include miniatures (basically, everything except Watcher and Warrior.)  So, if you have miniatures coming, you'll also get this little guy:
You now also have the option of purchasing the rest of the Automatons as Add-Ons.  You can get the whole set (Minotaur, Bull, Hoplite, Warhound, and Owl) for a special Kickstarter price of $42 - that's saving $10 on the set!
Our next stretch goal is at $100,000 - the Gates of Troy!  This is the big battle we've been working toward... if we can unlock the Gates of Troy, we'll be adding a second wave of Trojans that can be purchased as Add-Ons, or grouped together for a special Kickstarter pre-order price.  The new Trojan miniatures planned are: Trojan Chariot, Trojan War Altar & Guards, Trojan Seer and Temple Guards, Tragic Hero, and Price Hector and Paris!  Check out the great concept art by John Wigley:
Above we have 'Man-Killing Hector' and his brother Paris - that womanizing rascal that started all the trouble!
And here's a peek at the new Trojan Specialists we have planned:
The god Apollo is the primary god of the city of Troy.  He has gifted some of his priestesses with the ability to see the future, but there is a price... for her foresight, the priestess has lost the sight of her eyes.  On the battlefield, she can make predictions that often come true.  And she is protected by two temple guards (like the Honor Guards allowed to Demigods).  The other Specialist is the Tragic Hero, a great warrior who is fated to die heroically in battle, and the knowledge of his certain doom instills him with a supernatural bravery!

Helen of Troy concept art revealed!

Greetings once again from the land of Olympus!  We are moving into the final days of the WarGods Kickstarter, and we have gotten close to Troy... so close, we can see the defenders gathering on the field of battle... mighty Man-Killing Hector, magnificent Paris, Trojan Chariots... all, only a day's sail away.  And there, on the battlements of the sacred city of Troy, we can see a figure of a woman watching all beneath her... it is Helen, the most beautiful woman in the ancient world!
Helen's concept art was drawn by the incomparable Des Hanley, and when if we can unlock her, she'll be sculpted by Chris FitzPatrick and included in most of the $160 or more rewards (like Skirmish, Warband, Army, and Council of the Gods (and any reward that includes one of these).  She's designed to look as if she's gazing out over the wind-swept battlements of Troy, and watching the distant battle that rages before the walls.
We've also added concept art for the Hydra to the Kickstarter main page, so if you have not been by in a while, please come and have a look.

Hey gang
I got a little carried away working on the Trojan shields, and ended up sculpting a lot of different shapes for them.
Which ones are your favorites?

Shield 1 is the shield for Aeneas' guards, as well as for the 'Sons of Dardanus' Battle Honor
Shields 2 and 3 are tower shields, I was sort of playing with the figure-8 shape, but trying to make it look a little cooler (they ended up not being very close to the figure 8 in the end.)
Shields 4, 5, and 6 are all based on the shape of the historical Hittite shield, which seemed logical as the Hittites were literally neighbors to Troy, so there could be similarities. I made these a little more fancy though.
Shield 7 is another tower shield, but with pointed ends for bracing into the ground in defense.

Des monstres : l'Hydre et les Harpies ! Reste à savoir si ça sera débloqué [débloqué de depuis]! De mon côté j'ai participé à l'effort de guerre. M'enfin c'était pas un gros effort si ce n'est pour mon porte-feuille.
L'Hydre est accessible aux Titans si j'ai bien lu.

But as night falls, the wind changes, blowing you back, and forcing you to land your ships at a sheltered cove.  But up from the waters come the serpentine heads of a hydra, and a dozen of your men are plucked off the decks and devoured before the beast is driven away.  Above the noise of the wind and surf, a booming laughter can faintly be heard.

Seven more days at sea, and you land on an island with trees filled with lush fruit. Your men go ashore, and they are attacked by a flock of hideous shrieking women with black wings. Many brave men are killed before the creatures are shot down by the archers on your ships. The long journey home continues...

WarGods Minis Month'13 Update 7

 11 Phantom Warriors completed for use as the Isis Harbinger power of the same name.
Somehow I came into a batch of the Arcane Legions Egyptian minis. I knew right away that they had to be done up as Phantom Warriors because I didn't want to convert any of the Crocodile Games Asar minis just to be ghosts. There are a handful left that will bring the total unit to 15 or 16 (though it's not likely you'd ever need that many in most games, but you never know).



And here we have the Isis Harbinger who just summoned these guys up for battle..
