Just put the finishing touches on the mounted version of Penthesilea. I based her pose on a painting by a Franz Stuck, a german painter from the 1800s:
Before anyone asks, no I'm not adding any tack to the horse - she rides a magical horse (a bit like Shadowfax, in LotR) that was a gift to her from the North Wind, and it does not need any!
The rider is likely going to come attached to the horse, her javelin hand and her cape are separate pieces. Here she is, hope you guys like her:
